Procedure

Overview

This procedure explains how to sign in to FICE Medical for the first time and confirm that your account is ready to use.

Before you start

You have a FICE account created by your clinic administrator
You received your sign-in email (or username) and temporary password, if applicable
You know your clinic’s FICE application URL (typically the FICE clinic)

WARNING

Never share your password. FICE Help Center staff will never ask for credentials in documentation or support forms.

Steps

1. Open the FICE application

Go to your clinic’s FICE URL in a supported browser.

2. Enter your credentials

Enter your email or username.
Enter your password.
Select Sign in.

3. Complete any first-time prompts

Depending on your clinic settings, you may be asked to:

Change a temporary password
Accept clinic policies or acknowledgments
Select a default location or workspace (TODO: confirm exact first-login prompts for your FICE version)

4. Confirm you land on the Dashboard

After a successful login, you should see the Dashboard.

TIP

If you cannot sign in, contact your clinic administrator. Do not reuse passwords from other systems in shared documentation or tickets that contain PHI.
